Work with skill, attention, and heart at MBR
At Monroe Biomedical Research (MBR), every role supports work that can move medicine forward. Our teams support participants, physicians, Sponsors, and CROs through the daily work that makes clinical research possible: careful coordination, clear communication, precise documentation, thoughtful participant care, and disciplined research execution.
If you want your work to matter to real people, apply at MBR.
How We Work
MBR combines the focus of dedicated research sites with the support of a growing network. Our teams work across clinical operations, recruitment, regulatory, data, quality, participant outreach, and site support functions.
We move with care because participants trust us with their time, health information, and experience. We move with discipline because Sponsors and CROs depend on our sites to execute studies consistently from startup through closeout. We move as one team because clinical research only works when every interaction is strong.
Grow at MBR
MBR is growing as a clinical research site network, with distinct strengths across early-phase and overnight studies, metabolic research, respiratory research, vaccines, internal medicine, and other therapeutic areas.
As our network grows, we need people who want to grow with it: coordinators, nurses, recruiters, regulatory professionals, data and quality team members, operations staff, and people who help make each site run well.
If you want to help deliver research with care, precision, and purpose, we would be glad to hear from you.
