MBR’s Monroe East Building is the network’s dedicated overnight and early-phase site in Monroe, North Carolina. As part of MBR’s dual-building campus, the East Building is purpose-built for Phase 1 and other complex studies requiring confinement, serial sampling, overnight stays, and intensive protocol support.
The site is well suited for first-in-human, SAD/MAD, crossover, adaptive-design, vaccine, cardiometabolic, endocrine, and psychiatry/CNS protocols, with specialized infrastructure for controlled-substance and psychedelic research.
MBR’s Monroe East Building is backed by centralized contracting, startup, regulatory, and participant recruitment teams — a unified operations model that brings continuity across the MBR network.
